Katherine See is the Founder and Managing Director of SeeSalt Corporate Services Pte Ltd (“SeeSalt”). She is a seasoned business owner, tax advisor and corporate secretarial professional with over 20 years of experience in statutory compliance, corporate governance, and tax advisory for SMEs and group structures in Singapore.

She specializes in corporate structuring, GST, and regulatory compliance, providing end-to-end corporate secretarial and tax advisory services. Her expertise includes advising on corporate governance, board and shareholder matters, corporate income tax, and tax-efficient structures for businesses operating or investing in Singapore.

Katherine began her career with an international audit firm before joining Asia Pacific Business Consultants Pte Ltd and later co-founding Global Business Management Services Pte Ltd. Following the acquisition of APB, GBMS, and APB Shanghai in 2017, she was appointed Group Head of Compliance, overseeing statutory compliance and governance across Singapore and China. In 2022, she acquired and now manages a professional firm with over 50 years of history, serving as Managing Director.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in Accounting and Finance from the University of London and is an Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax & GST) with the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP). She is also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA), the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) in the United States.
